Mattel came to us to solve a content problem. As a team with lots of information aimed at helping the Mattel community, they had an issue with content being difficult to find on their site. We worked on a new site architecture and redesigned their site to contain a Google-like experience. Auto-suggest searching would be the highlight of the home page along with some key life event information and a notification tab. We also provided a way to browse and seek help, if needed.
